由于我司商品大多数为预售/预定商品、实际商品重量要等到货之后才能准确得知,又考虑到国际运输成本高昂,重量的预计偏差易导致买卖双方的交易纠纷及不满,因此针对全球购预售/预定商品的邮费、采取“发货前补邮”的形式进行收取。

亦即,商品预售/预定期间,我司仅收取书费、不收取邮费。买家通过官网支付书款即为完成预定。我司收到买家款项后、即安排与供货商订购货物,等供货商将商品制作完毕、完成交割之后(完成交割即供货商出货到我司仓库),我司对商品进行称重,并在称重之后计算商品发到全球各地区之邮费,在官网分别上架各地区的“邮费补拍链接”。

上架“邮费补拍链接”之后,我们会给订购该商品、且该订购商品已到货的买家发到货-补邮费邮件,邮件中会通知买家到货信息及要求买家补邮费,买家在收到该邮件之后,需要在两个星期内(即14个自然日内)拍下“邮费补拍链接”,超过两个星期(即14个自然日)未拍下“邮费补拍链接”的买家及其对应的订单,考虑到高昂的仓储及人力成本,我司会按日收取订单金额2%的服务费。超过10日仍未拍下“邮费补拍链接”的买家及其对应的订单,我司会视为退款订单,在收取订单金额20%的服务费用之后进行退款处理。

特别说明:新加坡地区的订单不适用该二次补邮相关规则(该规则仅适用于全球购商品),请直接选择新加坡地区专用链接。

 

举例说明:A买家于2022年1月1日购买了B书,B书于2022年11月11日到货,我司称重后于2022年11月15日上架邮费补拍链接、并同日向A买家发送邮件通知。

我司于2022年11月15日发送邮件之后,A买家需于2022年11月29日前拍下邮费补拍链接,同时在链接中填写收货资料。

如果A买家超过2022年11月29日仍未拍下邮费补拍链接,那么从2022年11月30日开始,我司开始按日收取订单金额2%的服务费。如果A买家直至2022年12月10日、亦即计收服务费满10天之后,仍未拍下邮费补拍链接,则我司会将该订单视为退款订单,在收取订单金额20%的服务费用之后进行退款处理(剩下的退款金额为订单金额的80%)。

As most of our products are pre-sale/pre-order items and their actual weight can only be determined upon arrival, and considering the high international shipping costs, estimating weight inaccurately can lead to disputes and dissatisfaction. Therefore, for our global pre-sale/pre-order items, we charge postage via a "post-payment" policy. 

We'll notify customers of your order arrival and request you to pay the postage supplement through an email. You must complete the payment within 14 days of receiving the email. Failure to supplement postage within two weeks will incur a daily 2% service charge of the order amount. Orders that remain unpaid after 10 days will be considered refund requests and subject to a 20% service charge deduction from the refunded amount.

Note that the "post-payment" policy mentioned above is only applicable to our global pre-sale/pre-order items, and not to orders placed from Singapore. For Singapore orders, please use the designated link.

Example: 

Buyer A ordered Book B on January 1, 2022. Book B arrived on November 11, 2022, and we listed the postage supplement link on November 15, 2022, after weighing the item. We also sent an email notification to Buyer A on the same day.

Upon receipt of our email notification on November 15, 2022, Buyer A is required to click the postage supplement link and provide shipping information no later than November 29, 2022.

 

If Buyer A does not click the postage supplement link by November 29, 2022, we will commence charging a daily service fee of 2% of the order amount from November 30, 2022. If Buyer A does not supplement the postage even after 10 days of service fee charges (i.e., until December 10, 2022), we will treat the order as a refund order and subtract a 20% service fee from the refunded amount (the refund amount will be 80% of the order amount). Please note that these rules only apply to global pre-sale/pre-order items and not to orders from Singapore. For orders from Singapore, please select the specific link for Singapore orders.
